We remind you that from 14 March 2016 all Djiboutian citizens and foreigners residing on the territory of Djibouti, including diplomats and officials, wishing to get visas to the Russian Federation will be required to complete their applications online in Russian or English or French on the website of the consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (http://visa.kdmid.ru).
