On the opening of the book of condolences
On March 29, 2018, a book of condolences was opened at the Russian Embassy in Djibouti on the occasion of the tragic events in Kemerovo. The manifestations were expressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Djibouti M. A. Youssouf, senior officials of the Foreign Ministry, ambassadors of foreign countries.
